DELIVERY & RECEIPT OF GOODS

1) Delivery Methods

• Customers may directly collect goods at the store or company office.

• The Company provides delivery within a 5 km radius for orders of more than 5 motors per delivery.

2) Delivery Method, Time, and Location

• Prices do not include VAT. Delivery costs depend on the order value.

• Delivery location: 951/9 Huong Lo 2 Street, Quarter 8, Binh Tri Dong A Ward, Binh Tan District, Ho Chi Minh City.

• Upon receiving goods, buyers are responsible for checking quality, quantity, and correct product specifications, and obtaining the invoice before removing goods from the warehouse. Except for manufacturer defects, the seller is not responsible for technical mistakes or changes of mind after goods leave the warehouse. The seller is also not liable for risks such as loss of invoice, natural disasters, theft, or damage during transportation to the buyer’s warehouse.

• If the buyer requests the seller to arrange transportation, inspection of quality, quantity, and invoice details must be conducted on the same day of receipt. Any shortage, defect, or incorrect product must be reported immediately on the day of receipt, along with clear evidence (photos or videos).

TRANSPORTATION & SHIPPING

• For more details on pre-sale, during-sale, and after-sale services, customers are advised to review the sales policy, delivery methods, and warranty terms carefully.

• After confirming the transaction, we will deliver goods according to the agreed delivery method and schedule. For items available for same-day delivery within the city where the warehouse is located, VTC Co., Ltd. will deliver within a maximum of 6 hours after payment. Delivery is available from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM daily, excluding Sundays and public holidays.

• For customers in other provinces, VTC can deliver goods to the designated freight depot within Ho Chi Minh City. Delivery notes specifying product details, quantities, and specifications will be provided for buyer verification and follow-up.

• Customers must carefully inspect goods upon receipt from the carrier or driver. Any discrepancies in type, quality, or quantity must be reported immediately for resolution.

• Customers must provide complete and accurate information when placing orders. VTC reserves the right to verify this information and to refuse unclear account registrations or cancel unclear orders. The Company is not responsible for delays or loss caused by inaccurate customer-provided information.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

The Company only accepts returns for incorrect technical specifications within 07 days from the purchase date. For products with scratches, dents, deformation of shafts, fan covers, terminal boxes, or cracked housings, customers must bear the exchange/return costs.

VTC Co., Ltd. will exchange, return, or refund products in the following cases:

• Products do not match the type or model ordered.

• Products have quality issues due to manufacturer defects.

Conditions for exchange/return:
Returned products must be intact, complete with accessories, packaging, invoices, and VAT invoice recovery procedures in accordance with regulations.

• Customers must inspect and sign for product condition upon receipt. Any issues must be reported within 02 days via:

• Exchange or return procedures are processed within 01 week after purchase and may incur fees.

VTC Co., Ltd. does not accept exchanges/returns if:

• Customers change product type/model without prior agreement.

• Damage results from improper operation.

• Warranty conditions are not complied with.

• Goods were inspected and signed for but no feedback was provided within 07 days.

• Required documents (invoice, warranty card) are missing.

WARRANTY TERMS OF VTC CO., LTD.

• All VTC motors are covered by a 12-month warranty for manufacturer defects.

• Warranty does not apply in the following cases:

  1. Serial numbers on the motor and warranty card do not match or have been altered.

  2. The motor has been disassembled or repaired before being submitted for warranty.

  3. Improper use, such as incorrect power supply, undersized power cables, or overload beyond rated capacity causing motor failure.

  4. Damage caused by environmental conditions (temperature, humidity, pressure), dropping, deformation, fire, flooding, or natural disasters.

  5. Warranty service is provided only at:

CONDITIONS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR FREE WARRANTY

1. Damage caused by natural disasters, animals, human impact, dropping, chemical exposure, or water immersion.

2. Damage caused by phase loss, short circuit, overload, or insufficient power supply.

3. Improper installation or misuse (e.g. connecting a three-phase motor to single-phase power), altering power ratings or brand labels.

4. Products modified by customers, such as shaft machining, shaft extension, base cutting, bolt replacement, or component alteration.

5. Use of products beyond proper technical specifications or with unsuitable capacity.
